We are looking for a dedicated and entrepreneurial individual. You report directly to the Supply Chain Director.
Together you will make sure that the Supply Chain is ready for the expected growth.
Since this is (for the moment) a small team (2 FT), this position is a combination of operational and strategic work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire order fulfilment process, from receiving orders to shipping products to customers, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and that customers are notified of any delays or issues.
- Work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that all products are picked, packed, and shipped correctly.
- Manage customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and returns, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Continuously improve and optimize our order fulfilment process to increase efficiency and reduce errors, with a particular focus on streamlining administrative tasks.
- Work with our sales team to manage inventory levels and ensure that we always have enough stock to fulfil orders, while minimizing excess inventory.
- Manage sample fulfilment requests for our sales team and customers, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Work closely with our co-packing partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, while also managing administrative tasks.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and manage inventory levels, with a particular focus on minimizing discrepancies and identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to customs regulations and export/import documentation.
- Receive, verify and upload invoices in the system for approval/payment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
- Experience in managing order fulfilment and sample fulfilment.
- Strong understanding of logistics and distribution.
- Experience working with co-packing partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with administrative work, including data entry and record keeping.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Fluency in English, pre Dutch or one other European language.
