Due to team expansion, we are looking for a high potential who is ready to kickstart their career within our Customer Support & Logistics Planning team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment with lots of exposure and learning opportunities.

As a Customer Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service through active contract management and efficient order processing. Your main focus is customer satisfaction and achieving OTIF (On Time in Full) targets. You will be the first point of contact for customers worldwide, handling questions related to products, contracts, orders, deliveries, and complaints.

You will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including the Customer Delivery team, Planning, and Sales.

Your Responsibilities

  • Check and enter orders according to agreed contractual terms, and send confirmations following FCC guidelines
  • Assess delivery feasibility and coordinate with planners if needed
  • Manage changes to existing orders and proactively update customers
  • Send regular customer updates on order and contract status
  • Actively manage contracts by monitoring call-offs and contacting customers if deviations occur
  • Communicate with Sales if customers don’t meet contractual agreements
  • Advise Sales on the operational aspects of contracts and flag deviations or inaccuracies
  • Process transactions in sustainability portals
  • Handle customer complaints and register them in the complaints platform
  • Maintain accurate customer data (e.g., email addresses) in the system
  • Contribute to achieving strategic logistics goals and track relevant KPIs
  • Participate in projects and initiate improvements aligned with logistics team objectives

Who Are You?

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree (HBO) – ideally in logistics or a related field
  • Or has equivalent working/thinking level with some experience in customer service/logistics, preferably in the food industry
  • Is customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Has experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Is fluent in English and preferably another foreign language
  • Can build strong relationships and collaborate well with others
  • Understands logistics and supply chain processes
  • To be considered for this position, you must already be authorized to work in the EU. Unfortunately, we cannot offer visa sponsorship.
